  • The refund amount will be prorated based on the remaining subscription days, after deducting any applicable usage charges.
  • Refunds will be processed in accordance with the policies of our payment processors (Stripe, Google Pay, and Apple Pay).
  • If your subscription was purchased through the Google Play Store or Apple App Store, refunds will be handled according to the refund policies of these stores.

2. Refund Calculation

Refunds for subscriptions are calculated as:

Refund = (Total Amount Paid ÷ Total Days of Subscription) × Remaining Days - Usage Charges

For example, if you cancel halfway through a monthly subscription, you will receive approximately 50% of the subscription amount back (minus any usage-based charges).

3. Payment Methods & Processing

  • For **web payments**, refunds are processed via Stripe according to their terms and timelines.
  • For **mobile app payments**, refunds follow Google Pay and Apple Pay policies.
